1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppointmentHawk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AppointmentHawk is a notification service that monitors Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) enrollment center availability and alerts users via SMS when earlier appointments become available.

Important: AppointmentHawk is not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency. We do not guarantee appointment availability or booking success.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid phone number to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Service Limitations

  • Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee delivery time or success.
  • Appointment availability changes frequently. An alert does not guarantee the appointment will still be available when you attempt to book.
  • You may monitor up to 3 enrollment centers simultaneously.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are one-time and non-recurring.
  • All prices are in USD.
  • Refunds are available if you do not receive any alerts during your subscription period. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any limitations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to interact with the Service
  • Resell or redistribute alerts to third parties

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOINTMENTHAWK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
